DIY Skin Care at Home
I used to believe that maintaining glowing and healthy skin requires loads of money and expensive skincare products. I kid you not, I have spent thousands of rupees buying new and exclusive skincare products. Until I realized it is actually the other way around.
A couple of years back, I turned to a natural diet and lifestyle. I noticed impeccable changes not only in my body and health but also in my skin. I have had the combination and acne-prone skin since my teens. My skin is super-sensitive, and a lot of market-bought chemical-laden products do more harm to my skin than good.
I began with using gram flour as a face scrub and a few other DIYs. But I soon realized there’s more to it. Today, I make my own skincare recipes and follow a detailed natural CTM (cleanser-toner-moisturizer) routine. So, let us quickly dive into the making of these recipes.
